Welcome to Tascosa Road Fellowship
Tascosa Road Fellowship is a place filled with wonderful people. Our mission is to exemplify our Lord Jesus, see the manifest power of God in operation, and provide an atmosphere where the whole family can grow and develop their gifts and talents. Our church is a place where you and your family can feel at home and get involved with our many areas of ministry. The people are gracious, loving, and dedicated, seeking to follow Jesus Christ in their daily lives by loving and serving others. Our desire is to help people come to know Jesus in an intimate way. We pray that you will experience the love of God and realize how much He cares for you.
Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour before bedtime this Saturday, November 2nd for Daylight Savings Time. We’ll see you this Sunday @ 9am & 11 am.
If you have been coming to TRF for the past 6 months or more, then we invite you and your family to join us for a special lunch on Sunday November 2nd after the second service in The Gathering Place. You will have the chance to meet the staff of TRF and learn what the vision is for the church. You will also have the opportunity to partner with Tascosa Road Fellowship in becoming a member where you can grow and get involved in areas of ministry throughout the church. A nursery will be provided. We will serve pizza for children 2 and up. Please bring a sack lunch for your child if they are nursery age. We look forward to seeing you there!
We invite all men to join us for a special Joshua’s Men meeting on Sunday evening November 16th at 6:00pm in The Gathering Place. We will have a dinner followed by Pastor Jay sharing the vision for Joshua’s Men and as well as details on exciting events coming up. You don’t want to miss it. Please sign up at the Information Center in the church lobby if you plan to attend.
We are pleased to announce two home Bible studies that take place during the week. There is a Bible study hosted by Charlotte Clayburn that meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm @ 1306 Buena Vista. The other bible study is hosted by Frank Chambers and meets on Thursday evenings at 7:00pm at 3018 S. Washington. Join us for a time of fellowship and digging into God’s Word at these home groups.
We want to remind all Christians everywhere to continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and pray for Israel. Remember Genesis 12:3 says “I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curse thee.” Let’s continue to stand with Israel!
